ONLY THE CLIENT AND TECHNICIAN ARE ALLOWED IN THE TREATMENT ROOM DURING THE PROCEDURE. 

NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED

NO EXCEPTIONS

NO CHILDREN  OR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ALLOWED IN STUDIO   

THIS IS RHODE ISLAND LAW FOR ALL TATTOOING ESTABLISHMENTS

All Major Credit Cards, PayPal and Cash Only.  (NO CHECKS)

Client Appointments

Due to the nature of  services, all New Client Appointments  require a NON - REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE ($100)  

to hold your reservation by valid credit card, or Paypal. 

Your card will  be processed for the booking fee prior to the appointment.  

Your appointment is not reserved until payment has been confirmed.  

Call in for appointment :  at the time of your call you must provide a valid credit card for your booking fee.

Booked online :  when booking your appointment online,  the service you choose will specify booking fee required, and valid credit card must be entered to confirm booking.   Your card information will be kept on file until service is completed. 

Your appointment is not reserved until payment has been confirmed.


Consultation Fees :

Permanent Cosmetic Consultations $50.    Fee will be credited toward the final cost of the procedure. 


Late Policy :

If you are more than 10 minutes late you will forfeit your booking fee.  If you still wish to go through with the procedure(s), you will need to reschedule and pay a new booking fee. The scheduling is very structured and the procedures cannot be rushed or sped up by omitting important steps, to make up for lost time.  Understand that such changes affect not only the technician, but other clients that are scheduled.   In the rare case that when schedule for the day allows, I may be able to still accommodate your appointment, but this will be considered at my discretion and only if you called ahead to notify that you would be arriving late. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out any paperwork needed.  

Please plan accordingly in case you run into traffic or some unforeseen circumstance.    Thank you. 


No Show Policy : 

A NO SHOW for any first time service will result in a 50% charge of the remaining balance of the scheduled service, or full price of any touch up service.   In this case, you will need to reschedule with a new booking fee.

If you no-show for your 4-6 week refining session, you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service.

If you no-show for a first time session and do not contact me within 24 hours to update me.  You will no longer be able to re-book with AMC Permanent Cosmetics & Wellness. 



Our Cancellation Policy

We require a 72 hour notice to cancel or reschedule all new client appointments to avoid a broken appointment fee ($100).

 Permanent Cosmetics and Cosmetic Services require a sterile set-up which is “specific” to the type of procedure you're having. This involves time and disposable materials which must be ordered and prepared in advance of your appointment. Due to the nature of our services, we are seldom able to rebook appointments that are canceled with less than a 72 hour notice.  If you have any questions about our policy or fees, please inquire prior to scheduling your procedure.


After you first service session, we will schedule your 4 to 6 week refining session.  It is your responsibility to plan accordingly for the date of your refining session. If for some reason you need to cancel your 4 to 6 week refining session after scheduling it, unfortunately you will not be guaranteed a reschedule date within the 4 to 6 weeks as it will need to be the next available date since spots fill up quickly and will result in a color boost session $150. 


The 4 to 6 week refining session is $95.  Refining sessions are necessary in all permanent cosmetic services.

Anything after 8 weeks and up to 5 months is a color boost session $150.  After 6 months you are automatically considered an annual touch- up (pricing at that time)

If a 3rd procedure session is needed after original and refining sessions have been completed, this will be an additional cost of $150

Touch up pricing applies to existing clients only !!  All others are priced as new clients and new procedure pricing. 

If you have prior permanent makeup (microblading or machine work) done by another technician, please email a picture of your area of concern (brows, eyeliner, lips etc) to [email protected] before booking.   If the work is too saturated I may not be able to work on it without removal or lightening procedure done first.    Failure to notify me of any permanent cosmetic work you already have could result in being sent home and charged 50% of the remaining balance.


Failure to read over and be properly prepared for your appointment will result in being sent home, forfeiting your booking fee and could result in being charged 50% of the remaining balance of the scheduled service.   Failure to properly follow and adhere to verbal and written after care instructions could affect proper healing and final results.   


Broken Appointment Fees - Permanent Cosmetics - $100   

Appointments for Permanent Cosmetics, Corrective Work, Tattoo Removal, Collagen Induction Therapy, must be cancelled or rebooked within 72 hrs prior to your appointment to avoid a broken appointment fee of (see above) per procedure booked. We are seldom able to rebook appointments that are cancelled the day before or the same day due to the nature of our business; so we regret that we must charge a cancellation fee for the scheduled service time and sterile supplies that we set aside to perform your procedure. If you have any questions about our policies, please call our office for clarification prior to your appointment.  All messages are recorded and time-stamped for your convenience.   Please try to call during business hours instead of leaving messages. 


Service and Product Refund and Return Policies

We regret that Individual Services, Promotional Services, Sale Services, Series Services or Gift Certificates purchased for yourself or for another individual are non-refundable. This applies to Permanent Makeup, Reflexology, Lash Extensions, Hair Simulation, etc and any Rejuvenation Treatments purchased. We will be happy to hold the service amount or transfer the service dollar amount to a Gift Certificate for use for up to one year from the date of purchase for your convenience. 

There are NO REFUNDS on any services we have already executed.   Thank you.
